A discovery coaching call is the first step in the coaching process with me. It is where we get to know each other better, discuss your goals, your struggles, what you’ve tried on your own, and the results you are seeing. If coaching is something that sounds like it would be beneficial for you, this call will help make that determination. We’ll also talk about the investment, you are looking to make, both time and financially.

Experience. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and a certified Level 1 nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.  I have been coaching in private one-on-one, and small group sessions since 2013.  My life coaching program was birthed out of the sudden death of my best friend. It led me through a long season where I had to rethink, rewire, and rebuild myself, my mindset, and my life. Now, I am building an online platform to help other people to do the same.

Client privacy.  Some clients prefer to not have their picture posted.

My clients often hear me say “slow and controlled.” Starting and completing an exercise slowly, and with good technique is much more important than racing against time (i.e. HIIT training), especially for beginners. It is much harder to do an exercise slowly and with control than quick and fast. Quick and fast, with undeveloped muscles, is a recipe for injury. Repetitions and amount of sets stay low, especially in the beginning. Training is done in a progressive format adding new exercises and variations as the client becomes stronger.
